Rocco A. Di Lillo, President

Rocco A. Di Lillo was winner of the Ernst & Young, NASDQ and USA Entrepreneur of the year in 1997. As a serial entrepreneur, he founded his first company, City Visitor Inc. in 1980 with the mission of serving travelers and businesses that serve them. City Visitor publishes visitor guides and hard bound travel books along with specialty publications for major attractions including Cedar Fair, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Pro Football Hall of Fame, Six Flags and Sea World.

Rocco is the former founder and CEO of Corporate Lodgings and founder of Bridgestreet Accommodations, which provides fully furnished housing for travelers in over 130 markets around the world. In addition, he is the former CEO of Cooperative Resource Services, the third largest relocation company in America which was sold to Allied Worldwide. Rocco was the founder and chairman of Porchlight Rental Services which was sold to Equity Properties.

As Chairman of PCX Corporation, the largest manufacturer of off-site electrical and mechanical gear for the construction industry, he has reduced operating costs of large scale start-up construction projects for such companies as Wal-Mart, Target, Nordstrom and Walgreens. He is also Chairman of PCX Energy Services which assists companies improve their energy efficiencies.

Rocco serves as Chairman of Advanced Hydro Solutions, a developer of hydroelectric facilities in the eastern portion of the U.S. and serves as a board member of the following associations: AMCO Worldwide, GMA Partners, Algon Capital, Britton-Gallagher & Associates, West Park Direct, Main Street Gourmet, The Entrepreneurs EDGE and the M.A.C. Foundation Tee Off on Leukemia.

Bob Zack, Publisher

Publisher Bob Zack brings more than 25 years of experience in publishing, marketing and sales management to City Visitor. He was previously publisher of a monthly lifestyle magazine, working with Northeast Ohio's retail shops, restaurants and attractions. He has also produced numerous custom publications and was instrumental in developing sponsorships for those clients.

Thomas J. Gibbons, Editor

Tom has been in communications in Ohio for three decades. He was editor and publisher of two consumer magazines, as well as a senior partner with the world’s largest PR firm. After residing in eight American cities and traveling through 20 countries on three continents, he thoroughly enjoys Northeast Ohio and finds it a fascinating, exciting, ever changing place to live and visit.

Sheila Lombardi, Advertising Consultant

With more than 20 years in tourism, Sheila held positions including marketing, sales manager and national accounts manager at a large corporate travel agency. She developed policies and procedures to assure significant savings for corporations. Sheila's knowledge of the travel industry brings a welcome perspective to our advertisers.

Michelle Csaky, Advertising Consultant

Michelle brings more than 10 years of sales, marketing and customer service experience to City Visitor. Her background includes eight years of selling classified display advertising for Crain Communications, Inc., where she worked with clients to achieve successful results on their ad campaigns. Michelle's experience also includes running a home-based business and working in the media department of a public relations and advertising firm. As a lifelong resident of Summit County, she is well informed about the area's unique attractions, dining spots and shopping.

Nancy Notarianni, Graphic Designer

Nancy joined City Visitor Publications in 2002. She is responsible for design of client ads, promotional materials, design and production for all publications, and the website. After earning a BFA in design and advertising, she worked in the retail industry for more than 20 years, designing everything from display ads to billboards.

Eileen Janowitz, Office Administrator

Eileen has been a City Visitor team member for six years. As office administrator she is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, managing and scheduling the distribution of City Visitor magazines to hotels in the Cleveland, Akron and Canton areas, processing relocation calls, providing sales staff support, and welcoming callers.

Kelly Wilson, Controller

Kelly, who became a Certified Public Account a decade ago, is a graduate of Ohio's Bowling Green State University. As City Visitor's controller, she directs our financial management and reporting, including accounting; budget planning, review and forecasting; and payroll and employee benefits. She and her husband also manage a thriving family business. Finally, she can be found at a nearby health club as a Certified Group Exercise Instructor.

Renee DeBerry, Advertising Consultant

With a bachelor's degree in journalism and a minor in advertising, Renee brings more than two decades of marketing know-how to Charlotte. From Fortune 500 companies to start-up ventures - she enjoys using her broad freelance writing experience to help clients make the most of their product offering through creative communication.
